Our studio is not your typical studio. Located on 4 acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, it's not uncommon for you to see deer or peacocks when you pull in or even while we are in class if the large doors are open (which they typically are!). It's the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Tauni is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 1998 and a Registered Yoga Trainer (RYT-200) since 2008. She believes yoga is a fitness discipline for everyBODY and can improve not only your fitness level but your life.
I have worked in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and corporate fitness manager for the past 28 years. During that time, I have helped countless people establish and reach their fitness goals and develop healthy, active lifestyles. Before kids, I worked at USAA in the fitness center as a Fitness Specialist and later became the Manager of the 3 on site facilities. Until December 2020, I spent the past 12 years working part-time at the Mays YMCA teaching classes and personal training. I also do In-Home personal training with clients that would prefer to work out at home. I lead a boot camp class out of my garage a couple times a year for friends and neighbors.
And, for the last 6 years I’ve had the honor to work with Noonday Collection, a fair-trade jewelry company that holds online and in-person trunk shows. We help develop Artisan businesses, empowering them to grow sustainably and to create dignified jobs for people around the globe in vulnerable communities.
I went to school in Lubbock, Texas for my Undergraduate degree in Nutrition and finished my MBA at OLLU while working at USAA. Fitness has always been my passion. I have maintained my certifications and received new ones over the years. Most of my in-home clients are active older adults. It is amazing to watch how quickly strength, balance, posture, independence, and confidence is gained by adding weight training and functional fitness exercises to their daily lives. In October 2020, I started teaching a free weights class at the Bulverde Activity Center for Seniors. And, starting in 2021 I am excited to join Tauni at Yoga 4:13 to teach Barre and Pilates Mat.
Robin is a Holy Yoga trained yoga instructor. She specializes in different breathing techniques and integrating poses and “flows” with those techniques to relax the central central nervous system and increase strength. Robin enjoys inviting prayer into the yoga practice and physical modifications to include all levels of physical ability. She lives in Bulverde with her husband, Steve and has three grown children.
