I’m so excited for my first ever 30 day yoga fitness challenge!
Goal: To consistently engage in a yoga fitness practice throughout July, building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
Key Principles:
☀️ Consistency over Intensity
☀️ Listen to your body and modify classes as needed
☀️ Variety is key so we will explore a variety of yoga styles
☀️ Mindful breathing in every practice
✅ Mondays (Strength and Power) - 45 Minute Vinyasa Yoga or Yoga Sculpt
✅ Tuesdays (Core Focus) - 10 min Yoga Core/Abs
✅ Wednesdays (Balance and Flow) -20 to 30 minutes
✅ Thursdays (Deep Stretch and Release) -20 to 30 Minute Yin or Restorative Yoga
✅ Fridays (Full Body Mind & Body) 20 to 30 minutes
Weekends - active recovery and rest. Get outside for that long walk!
